Now, this listing is for a 4-Day Western Caribbean Cruise aboard Carnival Cruise Lines. This is very much a leisure trip. You get group discount rates, but you are free to choose to do things on your own or with other group members. We find people enjoy these trips the most. J Schedule: Day Port Arrive Depart Mon. Miami 4:00 P.M. Tue. Key West 7:30 A.M 2:00 P.M. Wed. Cozumel 1:00 P.M. 10:00 P.M. Thurs. “Fun Day†at Sea Fri. Miami 8:00 A.M. Departure Date: Dec. 15, 2008 Ship: Carnival Imagination Room: Suite. The single supplement for this cruise is $1278. To avoid the single supplement fee, travel with a friend or choose our “guaranteed share†option. We charge the basic price and can match up singles of the same gender. It’s seldom a problem to find compatible roommates. However if we cannot find one for a traveler who booked on a “guaranteed share†basis, we will absorb the single room supplement and that traveler will receive a single room at no additional charge. All rooms for the group will be located in the same general vicinity. If you know someone who has purchased a spot in this group you can request to share accommodations with them. Premier Travaholics strives to make everyone as comfortable as possible. It’s all about having a good time. Included in rate: almost everything. Welcome Dinner at 5:45 pm on December 15, 2008, transfers to and from port from Miami airport, all onboard gratuities, accommodations, meals and snacks, 24-hour room service, fun activities, lavish entertainment, most shipboard activities, the gym, the supervised activities of the Carnival’s Youth Programs, the fuel fee, all government fees and taxes, onboard gratuities, Carnival’s Cruise Vacation Protection Plan (details about the plan are below). In addition, everyone gets Carnivals Exclusive Vacation Guarantee (details below). Cancellations charges: Up to 61 days prior to departure: none; 60 to 30 days prior to departure: $150; 29 to 8 days prior to departure: 50% of total fare; 7 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total fare. No refunds will be given in the event of “no shows†or interruption or cancellation by the guest after the start of the cruise. Each guest have a Sail & Sign card. You can choose to get this when you sign up for your FUNPASS, or wait to get it onboard the ship. This will be used for most of your purchases onboard and can be used to purchase most shore excursions purchased onboard. Sail & sign cards must have money put on it to be useful. This can be done using cash (a minimum of $100 must be applied for cash deposits), traveler’s checks, or credit card. Carnival accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Network, and Carnival SeaMiles MasterCard. All passengers must apply for a FUNPASS. This allows for much quicker document verification check-in at embarkation. I will email you the link to the site to go to along with the booking number, ship, and sail date information needed to apply online. Failure to provide the information before midnight of the day prior to departure date will result in delays in embarkation. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. Even with the FUNPASS, it is the responsibility of the guest to bring all required travel documents. Guests without the required documentation will be denied boarding by Carnival and no refund will be issued. Names on travel documents must be identical to those on the cruise and airline tickets. Otherwise, proof of name change such as a marriage license of a valid driver’s license must be presented. Carnival Cruise Lines offer so much to do I can’t possibly list it all so here a few of their newer and more popular features: remodeled staterooms, upgraded bathrooms and amenities, Carnival Comfort Collection, expanded and centralized Camp Carnival, more activities and centers for pre-teens at Circle “C†and teens at Club O2, spectacular stage shows, coffee bars, 9-hole mini golf courses, Serenity (adult only retreat!), Carnival WaterWorks, resort-style pools, grand atrium/lobby bars, expanded Spa Carnival facilities, art galleries, shopping centers, fitness center and classes, onboard cell phone service and WiFi access will be coming soon, and so much more. To use their internet there will be a $3.95 fee charged to your Sail & Sign Card. Then you choose a payment plan: 0.75/minute, $16.50 for 30 minutes, or $60 for 24 minutes. For more details you can visit their website at www.carnival.com. A list of shore excursions will be sent to you with your travel documents, as well as onboard. If you would like to book your shore excursions online I can send you the link to do that. If you would like me to book your shore excursions ahead of time for you, I can do that. I can send you a list (Word document) or give you the link to the list on line for you to look over. Let me know which ones you want and it shall be done. J You may also choose to book your excursions onboard. Please remember, certain shore excursions may fill up quickly and depending on itinerary, might not be available for every ship and sail date. Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages onboard. Casual attire is the norm most of the time. It is suggested to have formal attire for one or two nights. Carnival offers tuxedo rental to make this convenient for you. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Infants must be at least 6 months old to be eligible to travel. If you would like your air to be arranged through Carnival, let me know. I will arrange it for you and let you know how much it will be. Ticket prices vary from location to location. If you prefer to arrange your own transportation to and from Miami that is just fine to.
