Reschedule/Cancellation If you are traveling between January 1st and April 30th or June 1st and July 31st, we must have no less than 15 days written or emailed notice from your arrival date of any cancellations or changes. Requests for cancellations or changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. We will reschedule your trip one time at no cost. If by chance both dates are unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a refund.
