You are bidding on a Wyndham Sedona 2-bedroom fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue and other consumable supplies will be furnished. Sleeping arrangements: 1 King bed, 2 Double beds and 1 Queen pullout sleeper sofa. As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this Gold Crown Resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed. NOTE: No pets are allowed. If you are the successful bidder we will expect you to make payment or contact us regarding your intent to make payment within 3 days of the close of the auction. As soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation to be issued in your name. We will email you a copy of the Certificate as soon as it becomes available to us. We prefer eChecks through Paypal, personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders if time allows.
