Both homes have identical layouts, just slightly different color schemes! Each home is air conditioned/ heated for year round comfort, and can easily accomodate 10 people. Two families can vacation together and split costs. There are two seperate lounge areas, and two seperate areas for dining. There are several TV's and VCR's in each home, including a large screen TV in the family room! Pool heat is available during cooler weather, not necessary from MAY thru OCT, as an optional extra. A large four person spa/hot tub is included free!!!. Golfers are welcome to play on a public course less than 1/2 mile away!! You are bidding on a day rate.
