Description

You are bidding on an awesome weekend of vacation at Hyatt's newest and grandest Hotels that they have recently opened in Aspen, CO.  This 5-star resort is an incredible place to stay - with amenities and location that can't be beat.  You would be arriving on Thusday, Nov 13th and departing on Sunday, Nov 16th.  This particular room is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2 fireplaces, several accesses to the balconies with awesome views of the mountains, several Plasma TV's as well as a FULL kitchen. This unit sleeps 4 people in 2 separate bedrooms with King Sized Beds (6 people can sleep here if you utilize the Queen sleeper sofa)!!!  You can check out the actual site where the info on this place can be found by going to www.hyattaspen.com. Come this winter, skiers will be dreaming about the Hyatt Grand Aspen.  The Silver Queen Gondola at the base of Aspens Ajax Mountain is just steps from the resort’s front door, and three of North America’s top ski destinations are a quick shuttle ride away. The resort’s downtown setting in this picture-perfect mountain village also means that year-round entertainment, superb restaurants, clubs, spas, shopping and nightlife are all just a stone’s throw from the resort’s front door.  Aspen is where the famous are now vacationing so you never know who you might run into!!! Appointed with deluxe amenities, the resort’s elegant lodge-style accommodations wrap guests in rich décor that incorporates native stone, polished wood, decorative ironwork, thick slab granite and stone tile.  Each unit opens onto a stunning French balcony, deck of terrace featuring spectacular mountain views.  All aspects of Hyatt Grand Aspen have been meticulously designed for the ultimate in gracious living, reflecting pure attention to detail with multiple fireplaces, wide-screen plasma TV’s, fully equipped kitchens featuring Viking appliances, and spacious baths. Elegant bedroom suites include Hyatt Grand Beds featuring ultra-plush pillows, the softest sheeting and thick down duvets—all piled atop irresistible pillow-top mattresses.  The resort’s intimate lobby, with its roaring fireplace and leather furnishings, offers a welcoming place to gather or relax.  The stone fireplace also opens into a lounge, where continental breakfast and evening cocktails are served.  Just beyond is a landscaped outdoor fire pit, where evening bonfires warm guests as the stars put on a spectacular display. And, of course, when winter rolls around, skiing is what put Aspen back on the map.  So visitors whose passion is on the slopes can grab their gear and get ready to discover four mountains that need no introduction ---Aspen, Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass.  The cost per night for this glorious hotel at this time of year is approx. 570.00 per night so this room would be about 1700.00 for these 3 nights – that is if you can even book it!!!  Even through my vacation club, there are now NO ROOMS left during the time of year you would be going!!!  You are getting a great deal on this room!!!!  Thru Travelocity, there are no rooms available as well….Completely SOLD OUT!!!! Here is what the magazine “Conde’ Nast Traveler” has to say about this awesome hotel: The Hyatt Grand Aspen is big news in a town notorious for its strict control of development, especially since it's a two-minute walk from the Aspen Mountain gondola. The fortress-like brick facade, with turrets and wrought iron railings bulging from balconies, is a nod to Aspen's Victorian architectural heritage. Interiors are modern-mountain comfortable, the kind of place to kick off your boots and relax. The 52 units—ranging from spacious studios to three-bedrooms—have elegant rustic touches such as wide-plank floors, sandstone walls, and stone gas fireplaces. Sink into a squishy leather couch at the Wine Spot, a newly popular après-ski hangout. Its small sandwich menu is the extent of the on-site dining, and although there's no room service, concierges will stock guest rooms' state-of-the-art kitchens. I accept paypal(preferred) and money orders only.  Since there is nothing to ship, there is no shipping/handling fee.  I will take care of the extra charges to purchase the guest certificate for you to use on the vacation.   After the winning bidder has paid, all you need to do is send me your information (e-mail, name, address, and phone) of the person who will be using the vacation.  I will then contact Hyatt and purchase a Gift Certificate for you thru my membership that allows you to stay at this timeshare the weekend that I own (the one that you bid on).  Hyatt will then send you the certificate via email and that is what you will use to check into the hotel.  No other costs to you whatsoever!!  What you win the bid for is all that you will pay for your vacation!!!  All expenses incurred while staying at the hotel will be your responsibility, of course.  This is NOT a Time-Share presentation but just the actual vacation!!!! Good luck to all!!!  Enjoy the vacation!!!  It is an incredible hotel!!!  You will have the time of your life!!!! Here are some examples of some of the Reviews that were done on this property: ========================================== If you can actually get to Aspen with all the delays through Denver, you won't be sorry. We arrived at 4am. After getting delayed repeatedly, we gave up on the flights, rented an SUV and drove from Denver. We were greeted on the (heated) driveway by a lovely gentleman that checked us right in and ushered us to a spectacular suite. If there was anything this 2 bedroom suite was lacking, we never found it. It was very large, gorgeous, well appointed and so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked; the beds comfy and the bathrooms sumptuous. 3 fireplaces, large soaking tubs, 3 balconies, and flat screens everywhere...even the bathroom. While there is no room service in the hotel, most of the local restaurants deliver and that was a nice treat after a long day on the slopes. We took advatage of the light breakfast in the bar every morning. There is a small shop with some groceries in the lobby - but the short walk to the 'real' market was much more gratifying and much less expensive for basics. There is ample coffee in the suite, sugar & s&p. We rented ski/board equipment from the shop on-site and they were most helpful. Checking your equipment overnight at the slopes also leaves you hands free for the trips to & from the ski resorts. It's less than a blocks walk to catch the bus to the slopes and it couldn't have been easier. As for the skiing; it's Aspen and it's wonderful. The bar, the pool, the hot tub, the fire-pit w/smores; everything was just perfect. We left with heavy hearts, tired legs, and feeling very spoiled!...Can't wait to go back!   ========================================== My daughter booked me at The Hyatt for three nights, Nov.12 -Nov.15th. What a delightful experience. My suite far surpassed anything I expected. I had a beautiful fourth floor spot, mountain views from my two balconies. One balcony even had a private Hot Tub, plus a table and chairs. Fireplaces were in Liv.R and BedR.The decor of the three rooms was so well coordinated, in wine, sage and touches of beige and orange. I'd love to move the kitchen back to my own house: all Viking appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, and even a washer and dryer behind closed doors. The daily housekeeping service was a nice change, turn down in the evening was a treat I am not used to experiencing.Continental breakfast every morning was very complete. There was juice, fruit, cereal, bagels, toast , wonderful coffee and a warm cozy room to use. If you wanted to take it back to your room, there was a woven tray provided, in the room, to use. Who could ask for more?My three days went all to quickly, but I certainly hope to return again.Aspen, Colorado is blessed to have a spot such as this. ===========================================   We spent our wedding weekend in September at the Grand Hyatt. Wow. The room was massive, new, and perfectly appointed. Everything was well thought out and the service was complete, but unobtrusive - just what we wanted. Our guests were very happy, comfortable and impressed. And, when we ran into a snafu getting to the ceremony site, the Hyatt staff was right there, not missing a step, to our rescue. We'd never stayed at the Grand Hyatt, but highly recommend it. It's like being at home away from home.     By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate.
