This is a very difficult to get unit to obtain perfect for any special occasion where you really may want to treat your family, friends or associates. Presidential condos are upgraded in terms of furnishings, decor, appliances, etc. They are penthouse quality but may not be located on the top floor of the resort. This auction is for a 3 day / 2 night stay in fabulous Las Vegas. Check-in is 4:00 PM on Friday, November 21st and check-out is 10:00 AM Nov. 23rd. Located only a couple blocks from the Strip, Wyndham (formerly Fairfield) Grand Desert Resort offers outstanding accommodations situated in the heart of Las Vegas. Comes with a full kitchen including dishwasher, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, as well as a TV with DVD player in living room and bedrooms. Master bedroom comes with king-size bed and nice jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has 2 full size beds. Full size washer and dryer also in suite. Hot tubs and pools for use outdoors. The strip is directly west of the Grand Desert with Planet Hollywood (Aladdin) as the closest casino while the Hard Rock Hotel / Casino is a couple blocks directly east. Excellent access to the airport - cab ride usually around $12 from airport to resort. Free covered parking is available and security patrolled 24 hours. There is also a free shuttle to and from Harrah's. Amenities include a games room for children, computer access, restaurant on site, convenience store, lounge and exercise room. This can be for suitable for families with children or just adults. There are no slots or gambling on-site so you will find this a quieter accommodation than you would right on the strip.
