The condo is a ground floor end unit condo in the River Crossings development of Barefoot Resort and Golf Club. Located on the Greg Norman designed golf course, each condo bedroom has its own TV, ceiling fan and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed (that can be split into 2 twin beds, if needed) and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bedding arrangement can be prearranged prior to your stay. The unit can sleep a total of 6 people when you utilize the pull out queen size bed in the living room. The unit has a screened in porch and is fully equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit. Other condo amenities include: phone, air conditioning, VCR/DVD combination in living room, fully furnished kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, linens, washer & dryer, large pools (the River Crossings Pool is just steps from your condo), and a screened in porch that overlooks the Greg Norman Golf Course. The keys will be picked up (and dropped off at the end of your stay) at Beach Vacations offices located in Barefoot Resort. Proper identification will be required to obtain the keys. A credit card imprint will be taken to act as a security deposit, if in the unlikely event damage occurs to the unit during your stay. This is not a timeshare!
