This auction is for 6 nights - you would depart on the 7th day. Add 13% to final auction price for Florida taxes. This privately-owned vacation condo has been completely re-modeled. For your convenience, the owner lives in same complex as the rental and will be available during your stay. This is not a timeshare. There are no sales pitches. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. This condo is available on the following dates in 2008: 11/15 to 11/26 Condo is available on the following dates in 2009: 04/19 to 06/04 06/13 to 12/31 This two bedroom, two bath furnished condo has 1,000 sq. ft. of living space. Equipped with all new appliances (flat top stove w/oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, etc.), this rental condo has all the conveniences of home including a private outside patio with a BBQ grill. Has local phone, 42" flat screen TV with digital cable, DVD, VCR and CD player. The condo is one story and has central heat and air. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the condo. Heated outdoor swimming pool is available for your enjoyment within the complex. Maid service prior to check in and after check out only. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. This condo accommodates 7 people comfortably with 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size sleeper sofa, 2 twin size beds and 1 twin roll-away bed. We provide extra sheets, if needed. If you need an extra twin roll-away bed, email me and we can make those arrangements prior to your arrival. The condo is located in Caribbean Villas in Kissimmee, Florida. Approximately 15 minutes driving time to Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. 60 minutes driving time to Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach. South Orlando is approximately 5 minutes driving time. Shopping and restaurants are about a half mile from condo. Easy access in and out of the complex. Smoking is permitted outside the condo only. Boats are not allowed to be parked in the complex. We prefer the 6 night booking for Arrival on Sunday and Depart on Saturday, but are flexible on this if you need different dates. The balance would be due on arrival. If you cancel your reservation with a 30 day notice, your deposit will be applied to another week in the following year.
