THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take a short and informative 90 minute tour of the hosting resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $300! TO QUALIFY: . You must be at least 26 years old and make a minimum of $50,000 per year (cohabitating or married combined) carry a major credit card and US Photo ID. Married and cohabitating couples must travel & attend the resort tour together and must read, speak, and understand English fluently. Sorry, no singles or students. This vacaiton package is not good for groups. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, travelling on separate carsontravel promotional packages to the same destinatoin, on the same travel dates. Our Policies Reservations Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call 1-800-539-1291. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package. Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address. Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing. Refunds We always request and require 2 travel dates. If by chance both dates are unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a refund. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you are not entitled to a refund.
