Our Policies Reservations Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call 1-800-539-1291. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package. Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address. Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing. The resort provides you with one reschedule/date free of change. Additional reschedules/changes are $50.00 each. Refunds We always request and require 2 travel dates. If by chance both dates are unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a refund.
